The following outlines the terms under which referral rewards are issued — intentionally straightforward.
Open to professional event planners, wedding coordinators, venue managers, and related suppliers operating in the UK. Knight Visuals Photography reserves the right to decline or withdraw a partnership at its discretion.
Referral rewards apply exclusively to wedding and event photography bookings with a confirmed value of £800 or above.
A referral is attributed when a client cites the partner’s name or unique partner code at the point of enquiry. Retrospective attribution is at the sole discretion of Knight Visuals Photography.
20% of the confirmed booking value is paid within 14 days of the completed event date via bank transfer. No invoice is required from the partner.
No reward is payable if a client cancels prior to the event. Rescheduled bookings are paid after the new event date.
Partner payment details are used solely for processing rewards and are never shared with third parties. All personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
Partners are solely responsible for declaring referral rewards to HMRC. Knight Visuals Photography does not deduct tax at source.
Knight Visuals Photography may amend programme terms at any time. Partners receive a minimum of 30 days’ notice by email. All referrals placed prior to any change are honoured under the original terms.
